EAL Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EAL Lead to join our team. You will be instrumental in shaping the EAL provision across the academy, supporting students from their first year of entry through to academic success. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead targeted interventions, influence classroom practice, and ensure our EAL students are supported both academically and emotionally.
