Learning Mentor

We are seeking to employ a Learning Mentor, to support and cover classes to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of the curriculum. The post holder will work with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, covering curriculum lessons across all year groups.

You will be expected to deliver pre-planned learning activities and establish productive working relationships with students in a stimulating and orderly learning environment.

Candidates should be passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children.

Recent teaching or teacher assistant experience would be beneficial.
