Teaching Assistant Level 3

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning across the curriculum. Whether you're guiding small groups, assisting with classroom activities, or providing one-to-one support, your contribution will be instrumental in helping students reach their full potential.

You will need to have:

• A genuine passion for education and child development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, flexible, and positive approach to supporting learning
• Relevant qualifications or experience in a school setting (desirable but not essential)
