The Role

The Role


Nursery Practitioner Level 3

We are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to work within our Nursery who is passionate about creating an enabling environment in which all children can play, develop and learn.


Main duties will include:


  • To be fully up to date with, and effectively deliver, the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met.
  • To establish good relationships with children, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding to individual needs.
  • To ensure a motivating environment, covering the seven areas of learning and development to stimulate children's learning in the setting.
  • To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
