The Role

Are you a passionate and forward-thinking leader ready for an exciting challenge? Oak Academy, a vibrant 11-16 community school undergoing significant transformation with a brand-new, state-of-the-art building opening this September, is seeking an inspiring Vice Principal for Quality of Education. 


This pivotal role offers the opportunity to champion exceptional curriculum delivery, monitor and improve educational standards, and collaborate on innovative and engaging learning experiences. You'll lead professional development and play a key part in our journey toward excellence. 


We're looking for a candidate with proven leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of curriculum frameworks and assessment strategies, and a profound commitment to student wellbeing and success.
