About this Role
It is certainly a great time to be part of Authentic Education Group! We are in an exciting period of growth as we pool our collaborative energy and expertise.
Are you passionate about growing vegetables? Could you inspire and engage our students and share your expertise with the next generation?
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Horticulturist to join our team! The Horticulturist will be able to set up and support our new 'Farm to Fork' initiative which will be based in four commercially sized polytunnels, sited on two or three of our academies.
At AEG we don’t just focus on qualifications and experience, we care about who you are and your unique potential. We are passionate about opportunities for all, with a commitment to ongoing CPD.
We are an employer that respects a healthy work/life balance and can offer some flexibility in this role. Whilst we are an Educational Central Office, we are able to discuss varied start and finish times depending on meetings and workload at various points of the academic year. Do have an open, informal discussion with us around core hours if this is an element of the role that matters to you.
If you want to work within a team striving to maximise positive impacts and transform outcomes for children, families and communities, we want to hear from you!
Should you wish to arrange an informal discussion regarding the role, please contact Tanya Hall via email on tanya.hall@weareauthentic.education
