Classroom Teacher and Upper School Phase Leader

We are looking for a Class Teacher & Upper School Phase Leader who is passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to rapidly improving the life chances of our young people.  You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the quality of education 

You will: 

• Have the ability to support and challenge colleagues & relish accountability 
• Have the ability to motivate and inspire others, with a positive outlook 
• Be able to demonstrate leadership through example 
• Have exceptional organisational skills & manage time effectively 
• Have the ability to work as part of a team & lead a team 
• Be a successful, existing HOY/Phase Leader or an exceptional, experienced class teacher who is ready for the next step in their career.
