As a People Partner, you will help us to develop a positive workplace culture which will enrich all our employees’ experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving team and play a crucial role in supporting stabilisation and growth, underpinning the Trust’s strategic decisions to ensure the best possible opportunities for our young people.

You are likely to be a generalist, who may have a CIPD qualification or equivalent time-served experience. You will be someone who can quickly build rapport and become a trusted advisor. Experience of working in a people focused environment and specific knowledge of working around the employee lifecycle would be beneficial as would an understanding of how academies work.
